At our 3500m² facility, ISRA has developed a high-performance industrial tool at the cutting edge of technology, allowing us to handle both mass production and the manufacture of complex products in smaller series.

The manufacturing operations are divided into two main parts:

1. Card Assembly: This takes place in the main workshop where various elements are layered and laminated. These steps involve highly-skilled operators as well as robots for automatable tasks.
2. Electronic Integration: (Iso 14443 A-B, 15693, UHF, contactless technology, dual, hybrid, contact) This occurs in a dedicated dust-free room.

Guided by proven processes and methods, each production step is designed with a dual focus on efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

While our infrastructure is constantly evolving, ISRA’s facilities consistently maintain a high level of security necessary for the production of cards carrying personal or financial data.
