ISRA has been built and developed around strong values such as Respect, Commitment, and Innovation. Naturally, the themes of Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility have always been fully integrated into the daily operations and strategic decision-making.

Long before these issues became mainstream, ISRA was already making significant commitments: maintaining its presence in Mours Saint Eusèbe while continuing to grow, prioritising more environmentally-friendly raw materials, and implementing appropriate recycling measures.

ISRA has chosen the status of a SCOP (worker cooperative). All decisions are driven and co-constructed by the management and employee shareholders, who together develop, validate, and uphold the company’s strategy, values, and mission.

The independence and freedom granted by this status allow ISRA to select partners who share their values and collaborate within the shortest possible supply chains.
